Ah, do you know this for a fact? That the competition for this is my make and model and year and not all cars? I could call the state. I called them a few weeks ago because I was steamed that they were making me go to a test only station the last 2-3 times. I was told that it's in my car's profile. The guy said that they are progressively changing all cars over to test only stations and they'd have it done already if there were enough stations to satisfy the demand.
