When they do coke in the movies, what do they use for the white powder?

Generally if it is relatively pure it shouldn't burn much at all. If it is something like cut with meth then it is known to burn.

Coke does burn if its good stuff.

coke and ketamine burns the least compared to most common, snortable drugs

I would agree with this assessment, although the most I have experienced was a slight sting.
