In the mid-1980?s, when the Internet was virtually an unknown entity, Armand Rousso started what is widely regarded as the first e-commerce company: The International Stamp Exchange. Did anybody know that?
 
hehe, I can remember downloading DOOM v1.2 shareware of a BBS back in '93 it took for ever on i think it was 9600bps modem...errrr

WTF kind of a first post is that? is that guy you or something? oh well, interesting, i guess. he should have sold more than stamps and could be a bazillionaire today
