When the heck are OLED's coming out??

been hearing about OLED for some time.. when is the first production model coming out??

Who knows when we'll actually start seeing them on store shelves.

I've read somewhere a few weeks ago that OLED is not well suited to large displays, only small ones like on cell phones. We might never see large OLED displays. However there was something else on the horizon that shows just as much promise, though I can't remember the name.
