We here at Ohio State don't say Go State. Usually Go Bucks. So I would say probably Michigan State or whatever State is playing at the time. I think it's pretty dumb to say though, too vague.

theres no texas state because back in the '60s when all the land grant schools were chaning their names the texas agricultural and mechanical college changed to texas a&m (the a&m don't stand for agricultural and mechanical, they're just a link to the past) and moved out of the university of texas system to become its own system. there is a TSU, but its texas southern. theres also a state university system of texas, which includes sam houston state, amongst other school.s
