When setting vcore do you use the bios or MBM5 readings?

I'm overclocking my 2.4c right now on an IS7. To get to 3.12GHz stable, I had to raise the vcore to 1.55v from 1.525. With the voltage set to 1.55v MBM5 says that the actual voltage is actually 1.5v which means that I haven't really increased the vcore at all from stock (it's actually undervolted by .025v). The abit IS7 is known to undervolt so I should trust MBM5 readings over the Abit bios right?
