For those of you that ride bicycles, do you wear helmets? I don't see many people do it anymore---and I'm not talking about racing, just casual bike riding from place to place. Discuss.
 
Always. After a few serious crashes on the road bike, I have realized the importance of wearing a helmet.
 
Not for just riding from home to someone's house, but if I were riding for exercise or racing I would.
