Scenario:

4 people playing.

Vice President lays a pair of 9's.
3rd place and a**hole can't beat that, they drink.
President lays a 4.
If VP can't beat the two 9's, does it still clear, or does it have to go around again or does it still clear on first round. (because a 4 doesn't count as beating the two 9's.)

Clears if it makes it back to the VP. 4s are just a social and don't count for anything.

What the hell? Your rules are screwed up.

The rules around here:

3's are wild.
Order of highest cards -> Joker, 2, ace, king, queen, jack, 10, 9, etc.
Joker beats anything but another joker.

That's it. No "social" or whatever the hell rules. ~_~

We don't play with a joker(s). 4's are a social... 2's clear... nothing is wild.

From the sound of it, a 2 is almost the same as a joker in your game.

I'm with LoKe, except the 3's are wild thing.

I'm all about the Devil's Hand, Suicide King (King of Hearts) and all that.
