Why in the hell is it so hard for them to admit that they made a mistake?
Just now, H&R Block called asking for 'Howard'. After informing him that he didnt live here, the guy proceeded to ask if i was 'sure' that he didnt live here. Hah! Yea, i think i would know... He then proceeded to explain to me how he dosent see how he could have gotten the wrong number....
