Well it looks as though the order went through and is shipping. I called early this morning and they put a cancellation on it but said that it still might go through.

No problems though, it's a nice item for the price.
 
Since its Sunday & thus hasn't shipped yet, you should still be able to catch it ... if the cancel link is still showing under order status just click it & you should be all set, otherwise I suggest you send an e-mail to customer service now & they will most likely get back to you late tonight.

If you wait until 10:00AM Pacific time when the regular staff comes in theres a good chance it'll go out & you'll get charged.

Step 3: Your credit/debit card has been successfully charged. Please note that you may no longer make changes to your order.

Honestly, I don't know how some of you make it through your day. 😉

edit: I wasn't trying to be an ass, I just think it's funny you people depend on ATOT for seemingly everything.
 
Well I do tons of business though them....... I just made a mistake in my order. Well, someone else made a mistake I should say!

If it goes through, I'm good, but would like to cancel.

I just put forth an email to NewEgg Customer Support. I'll post back here on what happens.

I tried but they're closed since it's Sunday............. If I don't get this right, I'll join most of you in the "Holy Shite, I made that purchase?". This will be my first big screwup since '94.

 
One more question, as I've never dealt with this before believe it or not.........
Can I not accept the package and have NewEgg refund me? Is there anything I can do to return the package to NewEgg unopened and get a 100% refund?

Like I said before, I'm not that worried about it but damn I'm missing a good deal right now someplace else!!!!! **LMAO**

Restocking fees are nasty.

I ordered a $600 hp laser printer that HP guarenteed worked with NT 4.0, but it didn't, this was based on the buyer's reference, not mine. I'm going to transfer the $82 restocking fee to invoice, but beware.

Just be happy with paying a few bucks more than at another retailer. You're eventually going to make up far more than this difference if & when you ever need to actually use Newegg's customer support.

I'll go ahead and contact them before I recieve the item and see what they say. Was just curious if anyone here had a similar thing happen.
