I wouldn't say I enjoyed the video, but it certainly isn't upsetting.

And the back story is the redneck was screaming racial slurs at the black dude. Not saying that makes what happened right, or better. But it's not like the dude was mad just because he was an asshole.

Nope it wouldn't. But legality aside, every fact and piece evidence in this situation shows a victim who tried to deescalate, tried to remove himself from the situation, just to be intercepted and attacked by a vicious thug.
