Good lord, he got fucked up pretty bad.
As much as you want to feel bad for him, he was the aggressor by throwing the first punch.

A tip of the hat to joe the plumber's wing man. He could've easily jumped in and made it unfair as we see very often with many "undesirables" who engage in fisticuffs. This was a fair fight.

Any idea how this all started?

Why did those guys say something about ain't no one getting jumped now at the end when walking away?

Fair as in honest, not fair as in evenly matched.:D

/edit: I counted five lime-green "Discount Cabs" at that gas station. Is it their gang meet or something?

I could see the police or a civil jury saying that went too far.

I could see a criminal court saying that...are you gonna call pounding the back of his skull into the pavement self-defense? LOL.

The intriguing part of this kind of thing is what wins fights. It's not kung fu. It's rarely even competent MMA-style fighting. It's some dude making a stiff fist and wailing on some other dude. Often in an awkward, clumsy fashion.

But the meathammers on that dude can probably concuss you pretty good.

Or he is just waiting for his friend to get hurt before he jumps in. Why would he circle them? I think your assessment is wrong.

Eh. He could argue that the fight would have continued had he not beat him like that. He wasn't the primary aggressor, so I doubt any charges would be filed in the first place.

That being said, meathammers indeed!

Don't start what you can't finish. That guy was just big and he got him cornered which is very bad for a little guy. The rest was just brute strength. The skinny guy should've stayed in an open area to give him more of an advantage.

BTW, anyone know why he was shaking like that in the end? Was the damage permanent?
