Over at the Hot Deals forum, there's a thread about Kingston HyperX 512mb RAM but they're debating about something known as BH-5. What is that and does it affect performace?
They are well-known, discontinued RAM chips that are able to run at DDR 400 at 2-2-2-5. Until a couple of months ago they were the only chips that could achieve these latencies and very sought after because their production was stopped in late 2003.
