When it comes to accepting a job how important is dignity vs money?

I did this for a lot of years. I didn't really enjoy it, it's a high-stress environment and that's what ultimately made me quit. It also pissed me off because, despite the fact that I didn't enjoy it, I was really good, consistently one of the top 5 performing reps, and I got paid pretty good too.

That's the really great thing about where I work. Yes, there is stress.....but management is freaking awesome and they try to make it minimal. I've never worked at a place where every single supervisor was so great. It makes it really hard to hate my job when I love everyone I work with.

Now if you don't do your job, they are quick to walk you out. But that's the way things should be.
