When is ZoneAlarm 3.0 coming out?

I read that ZoneAlarm 3 was suppossed to come out by December. Well it's almost March and I was wondering if anyone has heard anything else about it?

Why does it really matter? Is the current version letting hackers through?

There's a 3.0 Pro beta floating around right now. ZA puts out the Pro version first, followed by the free version a little later. It's probably getting close to release.


Edit: it matters to those of us that are running WinXP because there's still some bugs in 2.6.263 (the latest and greatest).

Oh, ok. I'm running Win2k still so I didn't know about any incompatibilities.

I tried the beta, but had to uninstall it due to bugs... Tiny Firewall works just fine for me now...

I've used the beta 3.0 nd it seems like the same engine (good thing) with a new UI
