Guess how long that message has been there? Oh, I say, close to a month or so. Is AOL's curse (if there is one) starting to show? Plus, those damn RR techies keep changing the minimum guaranteed speed. First it was 300KB, then it was 150KB, and the latest: "30KB downstream is still acceptable, but it is in the very low end of our chart," according to the last RR tech I spoke. ~sigh~
