May 1995, after I found my grad pic of me and my exGF. I hadn't seen it since 1990 when it was taken. It was a very nasty break-up and I missed her terribly. The pic brought back so many memories and emotions that I ended up breaking down and crying.

Honestly, When I first saw the Episode of Band of brothers where they find the Nazi Death Camp, and they lock them back up in there so they can monitor them. That hit me really hard, because I know that it really happened, and the scale in which it happened. It was just too much.

That being said, Usually once per every 2 or 3 years.
