When is the CPU a bottleneck for the AIW 8500dv?

Hi, I have a 1.2ghz t-bird and was wondering if it will be the bottleneck in video games if I get an AIW 8500dv. If not, what cpu speed is the bottleneck when using an AIW 8500dv? Also, what cpu speed would make the AIW Radeon 8500dv the bottleneck?

At high res, basically an 800 Mhz CPU will = a 1.4 Ghz CPU. Those are vid card limited. A 1.2 would not be cpu limited.
