when is the best time to take a daily multi vitamin?

Right after/during any meal with a moderate amount of fat.

Never take one on an empty stomach. It's a waste.

This is because there are substances in food that enhance absorption. For example, the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins is significantly increased in the presence of dietary fat. Vitamins aren't like gas for your car. They do not give you instant or even daily energy.

Think of them more like a wax job for your car. Done regularly, it preserves and maintains your paint job.
 
Sorry to thread hijack, but I didn't want to start a new thread...

So we've established when to take a multi, but any chance I could get some advice on what multi to take? I'm 29 and in good physical shape.
