When is it not worth getting an MBA/Masters?

Quit? with that salary? depends on how high you're reaching i guess... if you see more than a 20% pay increase right away i guess its worth quitting a job for a year to seek better things.
 
Only if you KNOW you can get a better job that will make up for the lost income in that time period and pay for school in a set period of time after you are done.

If not see if the company will help pay and go part-time.

In both of those are a no, then thats also your answer.
