Usually at the end of the quarter but during their most recent conference call their CFO mentioned that sales of Dell's low-end gear hurt their bottom line. I wouldn't be surprised if Dell scales back their coupons as a result.

The Dell 700m I'm using right now was purchased using a $750 off $1499 coupon

Got my wife the 700m also with a $750 off $1499.

Hopefully she will be getting one for me in a few months!

I'm actually starting to miss my 6000 because of the larger keyboard and 15.4" WSXGA display. Oh well. At least this is nice and small, with the extended 8 cell battery I get close to 5 hours of battery life.
