I read a couple of leaks about the AMD 320GE cpu from a couple of months ago. I was wondering, have there been any hints since then that give us a clue on when this might actually be released retail? Thanks!
3200G is $100, twice the cores for twice the price. 200G/320G is fine for what it is. And as far as I know we still do not have core/threads/pricing information on any of the 320G/3200GE CPUs.why would you need a 320GE? For starters 3200G are cheap today, for lower power (35W) there is 3200GE
Probably waiting for the 3000g series to populate first then backfill after. That and I doubt the 300GE series will offer much more than the 200 so don;t expect much. As far as I have seen it will just be a 100-200mhz bump range most likely over the 200 series.
I doubt that, sounds a bit conspiratorial. If so, why didn't ALL of the prior-gen Ryzen (1st AND 2nd-Gen) suddenly disappear off of the market when 3rd-gen arrived? Again, I doubt that they pull them, they probably just sold out, honestly, that was a spectacular deal for upgraders of older platforms.I'm guessing these were not removed right then because they sold out, but because they didn't want folks to go for an $80 processor instead of a $120 one.
