When is a good time to buy AMD and Apple?

Hey, I just checked today, AMD is down to 19 and apple is down to 18, both companies seems really really under evaluated rite now.. is now a good time to buy? Or should I wait?

I'm a college student and I'm kinda looking to start investing soon, w/ the market being soo low rite now and all. And both AMD and Apple both seems soo attractive rite now.

BTW.. steve jobs went to my high school.

I think AMD might be a better bet since Apple reported poor earnings, which led to their drop in stock price. AMD's stocks are low for unknown reasons. That is why I would go with AMD.
