When interviewing for a position through a staffing company

Typically in the past I've always viewed staffing companies as more laid back but as far as meeting with them would go vs. going to an actual employer and interviewing with them but am wondering if I'm thinking incorrectly on this.

Would you wear full blown long sleeve and tie or just go more causal and wear a polo and slacks?

Dress up. If you don't, they will tell you that you need to do so for job interviews. Might as well take care of that so you can get down to business.

What you wear doesn't matter much.

Interviewing with the hiring manager (even if it's at the recruiter's office)?
Wear the nicest thing you have (or go buy something nicer if you have the money). If that's a shirt + nice tie + nice pants, then so be it. Preferably a decent looking suit, though.

I'm still a teenager, so there are a lot of things I'm allowed to get away with. I wear a light coloured pair of khakis and a dress shirt. No tie.
