Why do some people of differing cultures than the predominant never figure out that when they move into a neighborhood, and no one elso in the cul-de-sac hangs all their laundry on the front fence, that maybe it's not really the thing to do?
Or that parking their car on their front lawn and playing circus music loud enough to be heard 200 ft. away, when no else around the neighborhood does, might not help them fit in?
Is it merely a cultural thing to be conscientious? i.e. Do some cultures not adhere to giving a sh*t about your neighbor, and how your behavior affects others?
