when in interview, do you tell your intention of going to grad school?

so if a potential employer asks about my future and stuff like that and my goals, do I tell them that I am taking a semester to a year off, and then plan to go to graduate school?

For me, I would like to start working now, and I want to go to grad school next semester or so. Do companies usually have some way for their employees to juggle school and work at the same time? or would I need to quit my job if I want to pursue an advanced degree.

If I get interviewed for a position, if they ask, do I tel them about my intentions for grad school, and risk them not hiring me, or do I not tell them, so I can get some "experience" on my resume?

IF they ask, say you are considering going to grad school at some point in the future. If they ask a timeline, be truthful. Don't volunteer it otherwise. Many employers will not hire you if they think you are going to potentially jump ship in a year or two.

what he said. a lot of employers like committed individuals so it would be bad to volunteer information that may indicate that you wish to leave after some time.

some employers will pay for you to go to grad school as long as you're committed to the job as well, but i'd say that most jobs don't really do that unless it's a very good company with a lot of finances.
