When in EST does a DNET day end?

I've got about 40K of blocks to dump(randoms ), and I'd like to dump them all in one day, 40K can take a while to dump on a nice slow 56K, as it is about 5MB. So when in eastern time does "today" end for DNET, and blocks start counting for tomorrow?

I don't think you should send blocks in tommorow, wait for things to calm down so that you can be more sure that your blocks will count and not get lost.
