When I was 12, I was worried about not missing the bus to school, not getting to a bail hearing

Not plowed, but once I move there I'll get equipment to plow it or even talk to the contractor that does the first part of the road to see how much it would cost to go further but probably a crazy amount of money. Be a while before I can actually move there though, so I'll figure it out when I'm more ready. I'm better off just sticking to where I am now until things are 100% set up. I will probably get a skidoo at some point so I can go in winter to do work on it though but it means leaving the truck behind which I don't like to do in case it gets vandalized or stolen. I'd want to skidoo back to it every day to clear snow off of it and move it around so it does not look like it's been there for a while, for what it's worth.

Sometimes we don't even get our first big snow until Christmas so that still gives me a few months extra where I can still drive straight there though but basically Decemberish to May or even mid June it's inaccessible by regular vehicle depending on how much snow we get that year. Sometimes we get our first snow early like November too. Very hit and miss. We don't get as much snow as we used to though, I've seen it where it's mostly melted by May so it really depends on the year.
That would drive me mad! I mean I live in the country side but in a village where I can walk to 4 different pubs, have 4 different takeaways, or get a bus into the city. I get the peace and quiet bit but getting forcibly islated for months at a time would not sit well with me! :p

It is now 12.7 days of the new year, we should have had about 65 food facility fires. I don't see that many fire reported, I guess the vegans really gave up.

Damn it, wrong dumb thread.

Yeah I won't be moving there until I have a reliable way in and out. Though the thought of being isolated and being forced to work with what I got could be interesting perhaps. At minimum I do want to get a skidoo eventually so I can go in winter and spend a week at a time when I have a stretch of time off. But if I can open up the road I could invite friends/family. Doing Christmas there would be pretty awesome.
