when i turn on AI BOOSTER, system hang immediately

Hi,

i have Prescott 2.8E along with ASUS P4P800E-DELUXE (bios version 1.02)

if i use Ai Booster 1.07 to overclock it, no software will recognize it, but if i overclock it through bios, most of the detecting software can detect it but when i run Ai Booster, system will hang immediately.

I am using WinXP pro. SP1

why is it ?
