When I tried to download a rar file in winxp, it opens (how do i set it to save as)?

control panel, folder options, file types tab, scroll down to .rar, click on advanced, make sure confirm open after download is checked.

Web Drive ehh?

How bout then "Right Click->Copy"? This works if you get a right click menu.

Web Drive (I think also called Web Folders) offers a file/folder view like regular Windows Explorer if I am picturing it right. Then you should be able to use "Ctrl-C" to copy and then "Ctrl-V" to paste where you want it. Also, drag and drop should work here.
