When I right click on a link, the web page does not fully open. What is the command to get it to fully open?

In I.E. and at a web page I click on a link and the new web page does not fully open. I have to maximize it and I am trying to get to open on maximize all of the time. How?

Right click on link. Open in new window. Drag to full size (do not maximize). Hold shift and close window. Close original window. Start IE. Everything should be OK.

No, it's not related. The shift key is the proper key. However, I'm not sure if you have to be holding the shift key before you click, or if you can hold shift just after you click but before you drag. I dunno. Play with it. Figure it out your damn self.

What works for me is to click a link, when the window isn't maximized, maximize it and close all the IE windows then start IE again and all is goood.
