When I launch cpuz under xp64, it reboot my computer !

When it gets to the processors query part, the computer reboots. I have a 3930k

Xp64 is an odd bird. You sure CPUZ supports it.

Addressing memory incorrectly? Does it even say it formally support xp64?

I used CPUz in XP 64 without a problem, but the proc was a Q6600.
