When i hit Finalize DVD in Nero, will is till be able to erase/reuse it if its a DVDRW?

Try erasing the disk first.

yes, you can write it again. Just erase or format the disc after your done.

The only reason it's saying that is because you wont be able to write another session to the disc... in order to write to it again, it has to be erased and re-burned...
