When I brush my teeth so hard that they start to bleed... *UPDATE: How do I get rid of stain?*

No, you shouldn't brush your teeth that hard. It does damage to your gums.

You need to relax. Chew some valarian root before bed, and get more exercise.

If your teeth are bleeding you have more to worry about than whether or not you're brushing correctly.

Your gums, however, should NOT be bleeding like that. Go see a dentist.

If nothing else they'll teach you how to brush correctly, though you may have something much more serious to worry about.

Well.... it has to bleed the first days no? So the gums will get stronger. That's what someone told me!

I think you stupid-ass are just trolling.

It's not that it bleeds very hard. I have an electronic tooth brush and I just think it's kinda too weak. So I brush my teeth again afterwords with a normal tooth-brush.

It has nothing to do with your gums getting stronger. Your gums bleed and get inflamed because they are irritated. Don't push down so hard when you brush. The bleeding will go away after a few days.

Isn't it the same with horny skin and smallpox?

It sounds like you are using a hard toothbrush. Use only the soft, they take away less enamel (yes brushing too much or too hard can actually damage your teeth), can make your gums bleed and do not get into the cracks and crevices of your teeth as well. Switch to a soft brush and your problems should go away.
