I thought the caboose was where the smoke stack is and that's where the train engineer pulls on the rope to make the train toot.

How can you see it going either way?

Caboose = at the rear end.

What's the part of the train called where the train engineer sits? Where they shovel coal in to keep the steam going? That isn't called the caboose?

THE CABOOSE IS AT THE END OF THE TRAIN. JUST LIKE THIS IS THE END OF THE THREAD, DUE TO IT'S STUPIDITY.

Everyone knows the engineer is in the cockpit of the train. :roll:
