teamviewer.com is a very cool tool I found last night after that statement was made - should make my life a lot easier.

I really like it when they call my cell.
Using my wireless minutes to tell them how to eject a cd on a mac.
Or trying to explain why a computer with just a dial up modem can't plug in a ethernet cable in the same jack, because of course 'they look the same though"

Yeah - but the client version doesn't need to be installed. Very slick.
