When generally does Amazon do their proccessing/shipping during the day?

Athough I don't have any first hand knowledge by working for Amazon, I've placed close to 100 orders and find that there is no specific time. The items ship from various distribution centers, so it depends greatly on what you order. I've placed orders at 8pm that shipped by midnight and others that shipped in the middle of the day according to UPS, so I don't believe there is any specific time frame. They get so many orders that to process them all in the same few hours wouldn't make much sense, but I could be completely wrong, lol.
