Also not that a resume should never be longer then 2 pages unless it's inter company. I believe thats the rule...

So as you accumulate experience you drop things off the bottom.
 
Depends on how many jobs you've had before this one. If you have very few jobs it doesn't hurt if your employer knows you've been in the workforce from the time you were 15 or something. Shows that you know how to work.

it shouldn't be more than 1 page unless it's really a CV for an academic position

Door to door magazine salesman, adult store clerk, and Harley Davidson clutch cable assembly just don't feel right on an IT resume.

yeah one page is the rule, unless you have a ton of accomplishments that relate to the position in question
