When eating a hot dog with condiments, do you put the condiments on top of the hotdog? or under the hotdog?

You people should really practice safe consumption. The condiments should be firmly applied to the hot dog before being inserted into the bun. Failure to apply the condiments correctly is just as risky as those who engage in bareback consumption.
