When eating a hamburger do you hold it within its wrapper or without?

lol Of course, I think the opposite. Whenever I try to eat a sandwich in a wrapper, it inevitably falls apart before I'm done, or some such bs. Never have that problem without a wrapper, so I don't bother.

Most hamburgers don't come with a wrapper, but even when it does.. without.

Depends if it's a sloppy burger. If it's got mushrooms, onions and cheese piled high on it...you bet or that stuff will end up on your lap.

Your standard burger, no.
