I'm just listening to the Marshall Mathers LP, and I realized that it's been a while since he released a CD. Any ideas on when to expect a new one?

Last I heard Eminem planned on taking a break after the Up In Smoke Tour. Something about a new cd would be out mid 2002.

Eminem may talk a lot of sh!t, but he's a lyrical genius. He can take "zebra" and "red" and he'll make it rhyme. Personally, I hate the guy and I think he's an idiot. But he can rap, and I respect him for that.

I have no problem with rap as a form of entertainment. The only thing that bugs me is when it gets called "art", and rappers get called "geniuses." I don't feel like typing an essay, I just finished two extremely long history papers. But, I just don't see how anyone can call that art. Entertaining? Sure. Art? No. Same goes for "scratch artists" (djs).
