When does Progressive poll your Records?

Does anyone know when Progressive Insurance polls records? I believe they polled mine back in November because my rates went down. I'm 23, so I kinda assume they will poll once a year until I'm 25. I am going to court and getting the tickets taken care of with my attorney, but I am just curious if anyone knows about Progressive's tendacies.
