These were the type of posts I was hoping to get. Humorous looks at the social structure of AT. My own theory for the overuse of noob is to increase one's postcount without actually saying something.

As for marcello:

There's no definition of n00b (on a forum). To some people, I'm a n00b because I only have around 1000 posts. To others, it's because I'm not active in the "community." To sill others, I'm just some guy (not a n00b, but not somebody they recognize). It's just something people use so they can feel like they're cool. Well, either that or so everybody can have a laugh at your expense.

No, I'm aware of the search button. I just figured (didn't check, I'm also lazy) that there were many posts by him, so I wanted to be directed to the thread that got him banned.
