My husband walked out on his job today. It was in the fast food industry. He couldn't take it anymore. It was so stressful on him and he isnt used to that kind of stress. He said where he was working it was only him in the back and there would be maybe ten orders (sunday is busy) and he would be getting yelled at because one order wasnt ready. There is only one oven he said and there are two racks. Which can hold up to two pizza's per level. He said it was too hard, so he walked out during his break. Hes out of a job and now he has no idea where to start. He plans on going to those places where they find jobs for you. Hopefully he can find something for lower pay that he will like better then this job. I'm sad to see him go, yet I'm happy to see him happy again. He hasnt been himself lately and hes been really sad recently. I guess it's the atmosphere he worked in. It was a fast food paced cafe, and it was terribly hard work, and also stressful. They taught him how to do things one way, and then another lady would yell at him for doing it a certain way and ask for it another way. Oh well life goes on, and I got this quote from a friend today, "Lifes too short to not like what you are doing (at work)" I guess he'll just have to carry on and move on and find another job. Hopefully he will get things straight as he goes back to school (Comm College) to get some skills that he could've have used many years ago. Just thought I'd let you all know since the last time I posted I said he was staying there. I guess he couldn't take it.

Have you ever had any experiences of just walking out of a job without saying a word? I know it was wrong of him but he called in to say that he quit and that it was too stresfull on him. Hope I don't get flamed, as this was my husbands own doings and I cannot really control what he does.
