When do you need to submit info in Vegas betting?

So i'm interested in betting on a boxing match at a Vegas casino.

Anyone know what's the limit you can bet without having to give any personal information?

If you are of age you simply go to the Sports Book of any casino and tell them what bet you want (after perusing what they have to offer.) Pay for ticket. (wager + juice) and if you win you take ticket back (or mail) and they pay (wager + juice + the offered odds )
example:
100 on Lions of nfl winning by point spread.
10 juice.
Lions cover you get back:
110 you paid them for bet and 100 reward for being correct.

There are a million bets with differing odds and payouts. Feel free to ask when purchasing ticket. (don't tie up bet window when busy, but if slow ask away.)

It's not the bet you have to provide info for. It's the payout.

IIRC it's $5k or more you have to provide info for tax purposes.
