also they need to get the LCDs to display reds correctly, very few do this now and the ones that do cost too much, IE the apple 23in. also better color in general so they can be used for photoediting OLEDs would be nice also


for the price of current 20in LCDs i can get a 22in CRT that does 2048x1536 @ 86Hz

I don't really see 20" screens with 1920x1200 for anytime around $500. If it was I might consider getting an other one :D. I have a 23" that does 1920x1200. Another one would be SO sweet but not worth the money...

Well here is to the future and cheaper prices :D

yea whis is why i dont plan on getting one for liek 5 years, my dual 22in CRTs will hold me over till then

my work was offering 20" LCDs (NEC LCD2080UX+ black for 625 ea...tax incl)...i picked up two...deals are good until christmas....
