when do you iron your dress shirts?

How does this work? Do you iron til it's dry? I iron sometime after I take it out of the dryer. Immediately, or right before I put it on. It doesn't matter.

usually a couple of days after it comes out of the dryer...it's a b!tch to get all the creases out after 4 days in the laundry basket

...and I'm wondering the same thing about ironing after the wash...do you iron it until it's dry?

Sure, because you usually have to spray water onto the clothing so that it minimizes the chance of burning anything. But good to know.

at the dry cleaners, they press the shirts while they are wet.

for around $0.99 per shirt, i'd say it's worth it. plus, you still probably won't even get a good press like a shirt machine can do at a dry-cleaners.

ack, you should have used the one with the steamer. no need to spray water.

on a perfect schedule, i'd pull them out of the drier before they were completely dry, give em a quick pressing with the 'ron and hang em right away

instead, i dowse them with Downy Wrinkle Releaser the morning i decide to wear them...and i use the hair dryer to get the wet spots out before i leave for work

ironing takes me about 10 minutes per shirt (cuz i'm a fatass with large shirts...and because i suck at teh ironing)

i always tell myself i'm gonna either:
- buy all wrinkle proof clothes
or
- dry clean all my stuff
or
- iron right away

but i'm a helluva procrastinator
