when do install the R7 250 graphics card driver for EXP GDC

I have recd this video dock EXP GDC and I watched a youtube video but is very unclear

so when we do uninstall the default graphics driver and install the new driver of my graphics card Radeon R7250?
I am afraid if I uninstall the default graphics adapter, would I lose the display? before I install the new driver of R7250

If you are running the Windows default driver, then you don't need to uninstall it. Just go ahead and install the AMD drivers for the R7-250.
