I think Spain is 14, Germany 16 and Birtain 18 for alcohol (not totally sure though, and the type of alcohol depends, ie: 14 for beers in Spain I think).
So yeah, stupid country

We get a one-way door policy at most bars at 1:30 (you can leve but can't come back in). They close at 2am. If you know the bartender you've got until 2:30

Chicago bars, most close at 2 normally but 3 on saturdays. A small amount close at 4 normally but 5 on saturdays. To do that you need a special license that costs more.
