The 2004 update is still being actively pushed, as it installed itself on one of my machines last night. On most of them, it just shows up as an optional feature update, but not on that one.
I went ahead and manually installed it on a desktop and a separate virtual machine. Overall, I haven't seen any of the major problems with 2004 that others have reported. The only annoyance I ran into was on one of the installations where the update installed Skype. I uninstalled it, but then every time I restarted the machine Win10 would reinstall it. I finally got it to stop, but it shouldn't have been that much trouble.
